Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair if necessary and place it back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
